The practices we use are based on ancient Tibetan mind/body techniques that help us bring our mind and body together by using the breath. We learn to connect to the stillness of our body and the silence of our speech.
And in that stillness and silence, we are able to connect deeply with who we truly are, finding the source of joy and peace that is always within us. Many people find that meditating in a group provides them with support that they don’t have while meditating alone.
